Vlavera
Hospitality websites built around the guest journey, for independent hotels, restaurants and travel businesses — from discovery through to booking, reservation or enquiry.
An independent restaurant, hotel or tour operator gets a site designed around how a guest decides, at a fixed price, with design, build, launch and handover in one engagement.

Problem
An independent restaurant or small hotel usually has a template site that looks like every other one, or an agency quote it cannot justify. Neither is built around the one thing the site is for: getting a guest from finding the place to booking it.
Role
- Defined the positioning, the offer and the pricing
- Set the design direction and the guest-journey structure each site follows
- Directed AI-assisted design and build, and delivered the client sites
Approach
- Narrowed the audience to independent hospitality — hotels, restaurants and travel businesses — instead of websites for anyone
- Designed each site around the guest journey, from discovery through to booking, reservation, enquiry or visit
- Set one fixed-price launch offer with a clear scope: design, responsive build, launch and an agreed handover
- Built concept sites for distinct venue types so a prospective client can see the standard before commissioning anything
- Repositioned the studio from a local website builder to a hospitality specialist, and recorded that decision and the ones that followed
Outcomes
- Live at vlavera.com
- Client sites live for a Yerevan restaurant and an Armenian tour operator
- Ten published concept sites, including dining rooms, a late-night bar and a café
- Two client sites live: a restaurant in Yerevan and an Armenian tour operator
- One fixed-price launch offer, stated on the site, with the payment split and the handover agreed up front
- Positioning, offer and design decisions kept as written decision records
- Ten concept sites for different kinds of venue, each labelled as a concept rather than passed off as client work
- Sites are structured around the guest's path — find the place, judge it, book, reserve, enquire or visit
What I refused to build
These constraints are part of the engineering signal: the work stayed useful because the unsafe shortcut paths stayed out.
- R-01Presenting concepts as clients — demonstration sites are labelled as such
- R-02An open-ended quote — the launch offer has one price and a stated scope
